We picked this company based on reviews and we are so happy we did! As soon as we told them the problem we were having, they were at our house the same day. we originally contacted them to professionally clean our basement after finding water damage, however we were happy to find out that they take care of the entire restoration from start to finish! They dealt with insurance for us and the quality of work they provided went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they incredible easy to work with, but all the people working for them were great people that we felt totally comfortable with in our house. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company for all your restoration needs! If I could give them more stars I would! You will not be disappointed.
Grant and his entire team have been nothing but extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. For not only 1 flood disaster, but 2 broken city water mains that happened to us during a 2 week period. They were so amazing that all of our neighbours (who were originally with other companies) switched over to PuroClean as well. Thanks to Grand and his entire team for all the hard work they have done and are continuing to do on our property.
