PuroClean’s Certified Priority Response Program

Through our Certified Priority Response Program (CPR), claims costs can be minimized as we follow our strict certification standards, clear procedures, and a mutually pre-approved scope of work.
Our goal is to provide easy access 24/7, as well as ensuring a quick and cost-effective response every time.

The CPR Process

  • You can assign a loss electronically or through our National Call Center at (877) 261-7876.
  • Every CPR-certified PuroClean office will make contact within 60 minutes or less of assignment notification.
  • A CPR-certified PuroClean Representative will perform an on-site inspection within four hours of assignment notification.
  • A CPR-certified PuroClean Representative will provide an updated status report within 24 hours of site inspection. All reports, readings and real-time data will be obtained through our Restoration Manager claims management system.
  • A CPR-certified PuroClean office will transmit a complete package of supporting documentation within 48 hours of job completion.

Restoration Manager – Priority Response

Restoration Manager is a proprietary claims management system that we offer as part of our Certified Priority Response (CPR) program. The system is designed for loss notice assignment, job data collection, and reporting back to the insurance company or claims manager.

Restoration Manager enables our offices to run their business efficiently while streamlining the customer experience for our PuroClean clients.
Our National Call Center at (877) 261-7876 receives the first loss notification, which is then entered into Restoration Manager.

The assigned certified PuroClean office then manages the job using Restoration Manager to provide the insurance client access to data in real time as job information is uploaded to the system both from the office and from the field using handheld tablets.
The system shows moisture readings and mapping, photos, and job diary documentation, as well as digital customer signature.

Centralized billing for regional and national clients can also be accommodated.

The PuroClean Academy
