Back in September, we responded to a call from an elderly mother whose daughter was found deceased in her house. She had been living alone with her cats in the Red Deer area. Our technicians were understanding of the situation and felt protective of the late owner. Though we obviously never met her, we all genuinely wanted to take care of her, and to stand in for her parents knowing they couldn’t be there.
We received a lovely ‘Thank You’ card from the parents after we finished the job.
