In total, one entire floor of the house had to be restored. The restoration technicians made sure to wear proper PPE before cleaning and sanitizing the mould-ridden surfaces using EPA-approved cleaners.

The goal was to finish the mould remediation job in one week. However, due to the mould being more widespread than originally anticipated, the job went for a couple of extra days. Luckily, the owner was very flexible to accommodate the work schedule.

Overall, it was a pleasure to work for this customer. Everyone was very nice — the family, the dog, and even the cat! We were enthusiastically greeted every day; It made our work even more enjoyable.
