Ice Damming

The current climate in Southern Ontario is “the perfect storm” for ice damming on roofs, which unfortunately can cause major interior water damage to homes if not addressed.

Ice dams and icicles form when the snow melts, runs down your roof and refreezes near the edge. The ice dam traps water and can cause water to enter your home.
