Meet the Team

Ken is one of the founding directors of PuroClean Restoration Brampton and PuroClean Restoration Halton/Guelph, starting the business in 2009. Ken has 20 years of corporate business experience. His attention to customer service and excellent communication skills ensures that his team delivers on the PuroClean brand promise every day. Operational excellence includes certifications from the IICRC, Disaster Services Network, and Puro-Academy.

Roisin (AKA Rosie) has been with PuroClean since 2015. She has over 14 years of restoration industry experience and is a senior leader in our organization. Roisin’s attention to detail and excellent customer service skills makes her one of the best administration professionals in our industry.

Shawn just rejoined PuroClean in 2019. He worked for PuroClean as head restoration technician and carpenter and has since rejoined our team after a career as an independent adjuster. Shawn’s experience as an adjuster, contractor and project manager provides our clients with an excellent perspective and industry best customer service levels. Shawn has multiple industry certifications from the IICRC, Disaster Services Network, and Puro-Academy.

Agatha is one of the Founding Directors of PuroClean Restoration Brampton. She is the CFO of the Halton/Guelph and Brampton locations and has been an integral part of the leadership team for over 10 years.
