He prepared us very well for the experience ahead. The four person team sent up to do my job was knowledgeable, considerate and hardworking beyond all my expectations. Fi was an exemplary manager of the team and Paul, Michael, and Joanne couldn’t have been kinder, skilled, or more hardworking. On the hottest days of the summer, the job was completed on the lowest side of the estimated cost. What was a nightmare in anticipation turned out to be a successful and excellent experience.
