Meet the Team

Eric Gonneau, MBA, P.Eng., is a licensed professional engineer and a fifth-generation custom builder from Muskoka. Eric worked as a Consulting Engineer for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with design and construction teams for residential, institutional and commercial developments. This work involved renovations/retrofitting of existing buildings as well as transportation facilities, giving Eric a complete understanding of the real estate field from the ground up.

Mark Augustine has been in the restoration industry for almost 30 years, restoring properties in Cottage Country. He holds a BA from the University of Waterloo, a graduate business diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University, and multiple IICRC certifications. In his spare time, Mark can usually be found on one of Muskoka's spectacular golf courses, fishing in Lake Muskoka/Georgian Bay/the French River, or just hanging out at his cottage. He also enjoys assisting with local projects and activities.

Ryan Crowder has been a valuable member of our PuroClean team since September 2021. He began his career as a tool and die maker but quickly realized his passion for renovations. Ryan possesses a vast knowledge of construction equipment and materials. His hobbies include home renovations, dabbling in investment property flips, and fishing.

Kathleen Butt joined our PuroClean team in October 2021. Kathleen is a valuable team member with over ten years of administrative experience and more than five years of bookkeeping knowledge. A Gravenhurst native, she believes in giving back to the community, whether it is through work or volunteering. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Hannah is our Mitigation Specialist and resident drywall dust aficionado! She joined our team in early 2022, and her background in construction and contracting has made her unafraid to get her hands dirty. Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and horseback riding when she's not busy with property damage restoration. You can find her confidently riding her trusty steed through any open field like a boss!
