2021 PuroClean Canada Conference Recap: Committed to Excellence

German hotelier Horst Schulze said it best when he said, “An organization can’t please every human all the time. But it never hurts to try.” This quote is the epitome of PuroClean and specifically the 2021 PuroClean Canada Conference, where the theme was ‘The PuroClean Way: A Commitment to Excellence.’ We know there are an abundance of property restoration companies in Canada. But, this week was a clear reminder of what sets PuroClean apart from the competition; and the reasons may not be as simple as you think.

At PuroClean, we hold ourselves to the highest level of standards of customer service. We understand that property restoration is usually a stressful experience for property owners. Therefore, we encourage our employees to be extremely understanding and show compassion and empathy for the needs of our clients and their families. The PuroClean Canada Convention was a chance to share how we use these values in our jobs each day.

PuroClean Canada Convention Packed with Learning, Networking, Sharing, and a Bit of Fun

The 2021 PuroClean Canada Conference took place from November 2-5 in the breathtakingly beautiful Blue Mountains of Ontario. This weeklong event brought together the best of PuroClean Canada to network with other PuroClean franchise owners, share our challenges and successes from the past year, and collaborate on ways to improve.

Our PuroClean North Simcoe and Muskoka team had a great time at this year’s PuroClean Canada conference. We not only learned a lot of information that will help us help our customers, but we had a blast doing it! We attended workshops focusing on Restoration Manager, Estimating, Xactimate, and Budgeting. There was so much to learn and such little time!

The vendor hall was filled with partners, old and new. The week offered us a chance to mingle with business partners, other franchise owners from all over the country, and our corporate leaders. Many of these people have provided our company with quality products and services for years.

The Blue Mountain Convention Centre did a fantastic job hosting the conference. They went above and beyond throughout the week to help make our Canada conference a truly memorable time. We are already counting the days until next year’s PuroClean Canada Convention!
