East Coast Excellence: Highlights from the PuroClean Canada Conference 2024
This October, the PuroClean Canada Conference brought the energy to St. John’s, Newfoundland! From October 8th to the 11th, franchise owners, project managers, and industry pros from across the country gathered for four action-packed days of collaboration, learning, and celebration.
Representing PuroClean North Simcoe & Muskoka, our Owner, Eric Gonneau, Senior Project Manager, Mark Augustine, and Project Manager, Colin Calver, joined peers to connect, share ideas, and grow professionally. And what a conference it was!
The conference was a fantastic time, filled with conversation and celebration!
Highlights of the PuroClean Canada Conference
The PuroClean Canada Conference allowed attendees to share best practices, improve their skills, and brainstorm new strategies. Packed with insightful roundtables, inspiring speeches, and hands-on training, the event kept us energized with ideas!
The festivities began with an informal evening at O’Reilly’s Pub in downtown St. John’s, where attendees enjoyed Newfoundland’s hospitality, music, and culinary delights. Then, the conference shifted into high gear with packed schedules and dynamic discussions.
On Wednesday, the first training day ran all day, including an exciting kickoff, dynamic roundtable discussions, and Sanktum Sales Training through the Restoration Sales Academy. Then, on Thursday, the training sessions continued with a Canadian Owner Panel, PSA Training, and a focus on Branding, providing valuable insights for professional development. Friday began with a General Session from 9 AM to 12 PM, featuring essential updates and planning discussions.
The social agenda added a vibrant touch to the event. Tuesday evening started with the PuroClean Owners Family Reunion, sponsored by DocuSketch, setting a warm and welcoming tone. We attended the Exhibition Vendor Hall and the Awards Night Gala on Thursday evening. Friday was action-packed with a team event during the day and concluded with the PuroClean Family Dinner, hosted at the iconic St. John’s Fish Exchange, providing a memorable end to an exceptional conference.
Our very own Colin Culver won the PuroClean Canada Conference Project Manager of the Year Award.
A highlight of the event was the awards ceremony, where Colin Calver from our team was honored with the Project Manager of the Year award. This recognition celebrated Colin’s exceptional leadership and success in the field, marking a proud moment for the team!
