• The fire department should always be called first.

How to operate a fire extinguisher:

• The pin, which is located at the top of the extinguisher, should be pulled to break the seal.
• The nozzle must be pointed towards the base of the fire with one hand, after which the handle can be squeezed slowly with the other hand.
• The nozzle should be swept from side to side until the fire is out.
