... I had discovered a mould problem in the basement and wanted some honest input how I should proceed. He listened to my description of the problem and said he would visit and we could develop a game plan to correct the problem. Showed up on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. We put together a plan of action immediately. I was so grateful and a huge weight of worry was lifted. I would recommend Todd and PuroClean very highly. Handled my problem very efficiently. I contacted the big companies first and was basically brushed off. Thanks Todd so much for your personal service.
