Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant/Admin to join our growing team in Sarnia-Lambton & Chatham-Kent, ON. Ideally, this candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in disaster restoration contracting, the construction industry, or Insurance

Direct Responsibilities
- Management of projects under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Communicate with customers, both commercial and residential
- Maintain company image and attitude
- Manage phones and e-mail communications both internally and externally, to maintain a professional image, answering and managing incoming calls
- Streamline administrative processes and create an organizational structure to manage the workflow process for the entire company
- Responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations (receiving and directing phone calls, shipping responsibilities, maintaining databases)
- Social Media Management
- Support managers, employees, and subcontractors to complete jobs in a timely and cost-efficient manner
- Problem solver with the ability to provide creative solutions
- Takes initiative to improve technical knowledge and personal performance
- Avail themselves of ongoing training and learning opportunities
- Work closely with our Emergency Crew, Carpenters, and other team members

Requirements
- Valid G Drivers License
- Must be able to be Bonded
- Must be proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, OneNote)
- Must be proficient in using a computer and learning new software
- Must be excellent with time management and organization
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to learn and work in a team environment
- Must be compassionate when dealing with customers and client
Ideal Candidate
- Have 2 years of related experience
- Experience with Verisk Xactanalysis and Xactimate
- Experience with PSA by CanAm Systems
- Experience with DocuSketch & Encircle
