Previous experience in Restoration/Construction is desired. This is an ideal position for a Handy-man that loves to problem solve and be part of a team.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Strong attention to detail
- Perform fire and water restoration services (including, but not limited to drying, demolition and rebuild services)
- Move, pack and unpack furniture/property either on site or at our warehouse.
- Perform proper cleaning and restoration duties including: Residential/Commercial cleaning; such as walls, carpets, floors, ceilings and others involved in a fire, flood or wind damage
- Rebuild, including, cut/hang drywall, crack fill, paint, flooring installations and trim work
- Perform all services assigned to him/her carefully, promptly and efficiently
- Represent PuroClean so that our brand is enhanced in the eyes of all customers at all times
- Drive company vehicles safely and carefully
- Use power tools and hand tools to demo, repair and rebuild structures
- Operate equipment/tools for the purpose of drying walls, furniture, flooring, and other property resulting from water damage
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times and work with other technicians in a safe manner
- Maintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure proper work order
- Ensure equipment and vehicles are neat and clean at all times
- Have good knowledge of business, advise customer properly, qualify job, gain confidence of customer.
- New procedures are learned whenever available.
- Maintain a positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical, and scheduling difficulties which may be encountered from time to time
- Ensure that all equipment, supplies, vehicles and products entrusted to his/her care are carefully handled and maintained, and that any equipment malfunction is reported promptly to manager
- Develop and maintain skills and quality of production and to attend training sessions as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in restoration or construction is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Ability to drive with a trailer is preferred
As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing restoration work on damaged properties. This includes cleaning and removing debris from affected areas, as well as using power tools and hand tools to repair and rebuild structures. It is helpful that you have previous experience in restoration or construction, as well as familiarity with the tools used in this line of work. You should also have a strong attention to detail. Physical stamina is required for this role, as you may need to lift heavy objects during the restoration process. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
